In order to be able to guarantee their return within that time frame, the condition is that the texts do not contain more than 200 words, so that we are assured that our service will be dynamic and of the quality that your communications require.

Does this service pertain equally to sent and received e-mails?
The service can be used just as much for the emails that your company wants to send as for those that you receive from your clients. With emails that you want to send, Lexycos translates and returns them to you so that you can send them to their final destination. If the emails have been received by you, Lexycos translates and returns them to you so that they can be read correctly and without misinterpretation.

What time availability does this service have?
The standard “2hours e-mail Translation” service will translate and return within two hours every email that Lexycos receives from Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM New York time. How much does the service cost?
The “2hours e-mail Translation” service costs US $0,10 per word.
To access this service you must get one of our LexyCard, through which you buy a block of words (minimum 1000) that will be subtracted from as we translate your emails. Once your LexyCard is exhausted, you must acquire a new one to get new credit, the cost of which is determined by the quantity of words that you decide to buy.
