How to order our Services?
The process for getting the text translation services is as follows:
1. Sending the document for a price quote
We receive your document via e-mail in order to review it, get a word count, analyze its complexity, structure, and specific terminology and, at the end of that process, we determine the estimated time needed to return the document and the cost of our services.
2. Quick response with formal price quote
Within two hours of receiving your document, we will send you an e-mail with a formal budget for our services, the time estimated in order to return the Finished Project, and the conditions of payment. If you require a return time different from that proposed, let us know and we will contact you.
3. Quotation acceptance and service contract
After our terms are in agreement with your needs, you will have to confirm your acceptance via e-mail and do an advance payment. Once this is done, we will start working to give your Project the best treatment. One of our Project Managers will examine your document and, with its characteristics in mind, designate a team of translators that will take charge and see it through its completion. The teams are appointed in accord with their experience, so that it coincides with that required to push your project forward. If you have contracted the service, once the project is finished the Project Manager in charge will do the proofreading to detect the errors and inconsistencies that he can find. Afterwards, we will keep busy editing the document to avoid formatting inconsistencies and to leave the document free from all types of errors.
4. Delivery of the Finished Project
Within the agreed-upon time, we will return the Finished Project for your examination.
5. Examination of the job by the client
After you receive the Finished Project, you will have four days to review it and to detect possible errors or misinterpretations on our part, and you will be able to return it to us so that our team can do another inspection and, if necessary, make the corresponding corrections. Your document will be returned against in a form that will leave you totally satisfied.
6. Sending of invoice and payment of services
Once the revision period has been done, we will send your invoice which will have to be paid within the ten following days.
